Tomorrow I turn seventeen, and the party's (jumin' jumpin') this Friday night! Yeah, baby! Trick-or-treat!

(As you can see I am in kind of a funky mood. Also, Eric is not speaking to me.)

(Check out the Wish List.)

I just re-uploaded everything, it was all offline for about a week because Blackglass moved. My lovely host, Yasmin, informs me that there shouldn't be any further problems.

I am so bored with the internet!

I think I'll wait a few months/weeks/days/hours/minutes(?) to get back online.

Yeah.

Get this - on this page (which belongs to Josh) Logan has turn-on's and turn-off's listed. Among those:

Turn-OnsTurn-Offs
His 12 inchesVirginity (namely [his] own)

I am really, really, really amused by this. Far moreso than I should be. I'm not even sure what I'm laughing at, the "twelve inches" (I'm sorry but...ha!) or the redundancy of both statements. Probably both. Hahahahahahaha...

I'm too busy to do anything I want to do, and I feel like one of those gerbils on the wheels, and everyone's crowding around my cage and watching and pointing and laughing. Next week is Tech Week for Invalid. Come death, and welcome.

Rent a Better Apartment!

Well, this week kinda sucked, considering that it was a three-day week and all...It dragged on and on and on and on, and then Friday was nice but had a couple little disappointments. The Insanity of Mary Girard at West was a lot better than I was expecting it to be. Weinbrenner is still going to theatre hell though. Saturday was spent working for my dad, then going to see the play again. Logan was under the impression that I couldn't go to the cast party, so I went to my dad's, and he went to the party, and we both had a miserable time I guess and it turns out he could have brought me along and no one would have cared. I'm going to town around 1:00 today to see him for a couple hours before I have to go directly to my own personal Hell, otherwise known as play practice for the Imaginary Invalid. No one knows their lines, and we have like, five practices before tech week. It takes more than two hours to run each act, and today we're running all three. The play is supposed to be two hours, it's going to take about seven to get through it. I wish I had never agreed to be the SD. I don't even like Moliere.

Homecoming was great. We never found the restaurant (my mom now admits that the directions she gave me were deeply flawed) and the butoinnerre thing fell apart when I tried to pin it to Logan. My brother's girflriend dumped him in the middle of the dance. The details were terribly, terribly screwed up, but all in all the night had it's moments. It was worth it. You really should have seen my hair.

I have to get up early tomorrow morning and drive my mom to work. But does that get me to bed before 2 AM? No, of course not!

By the way, The Grapes of Wrath was superb. A thrilling and thought-provoking tale of the enduring strength of the human spirit, and a nice view of Mark Hackmann through a skin-tight soaking-wet piece of cloth. What more could anyone ask for?

Wait, I know. I could ask for Logan to not be grounded. I could ask for him to not have school tomorrow (It's Columbus Day for Christ's sake! It should be illegal to have school on Columbus Day!). I could ask for Kat and Eric to not be so goddamn miserable. I could ask for the willpower to drag myself away from my computer and get some much-needed rest... *YAWN.*

Well I'm leaving in half an hour to drop my brother off for Homecoming, then picking up Logan at seven. You should see my hair, there is...well, there's a lot of it. =)

So far reactions to version three point oh have been neutral to positive:

"...coolio..." -Eva
"I don't have an ugly webpage." -Todd
"It's blue." -Logan

I am really enjoying watching my brother freak out. It's funny that he and I are going to the same dances now. In a horrifying kind of way. I saw Alexander Dean when we were picking up the flowers and I saw Lottie outside of Avanti's. She's going to see The Grapes of Wrath tonight. I'm going to see it Sunday. Thetard's AP Lit class got to see it during school on Friday, the lucky dogs. They even missed the boring Prominent Alumni Assembly. Kat told me Mark Hackmann is in it, and not only that, he wears very little and it is practically see-through. She actually used the word "package." I reported this to Emily Baldoni when I saw her at the Homecoming Game (cold, and chorus sucked) last night. She was like, "yummy." That was my reaction too. Before the game, Dan took me to the Post Office, where we mailed a "College Survival Package" to Josh. It contained, among other things, some deformed Carmel Apple Suckers, two packages of popcorn and some Swiss Miss instant hot cocoa, a condom (from Eric - don't ask me), some ponytail holders, and Julie Grubar's senior photo.

I'll probably write more when I get home tonight. Wish me luck.

All right...I just finished uploading...already I found things I want to change...but too bad! A couple things are still under construction, and I'm sorry, but TOUGH. I am tired, and it is cold and I am going to sleep. Good night.

Currently I am in the library over my lunch hour, and talking to Stick on AIM. (He's going on a road trip to Maine this weekend instead of Homecoming. Road trip for true love, he says -- not his true love, some other guy's.) The new version is days away from completion, I promise. Homecoming this weekend! Yay! More soon.
